Just stupid.

App blocks you entirely from the full site where you can get a PDF of your statement. The only thing I really want from the account site is a way to print that statement.

Not very useful

Dont get it if you want to use it for your billing, because it wont do it. C dla marde!

Minimal functionality

Can anyone tell me the point of this app? Or did I download the wrong thing? Other than paying your bill, about the only useful thing it does is to direct you to the full website. Pick it up, Virgin!

I down this app a million times, and still cannot Get into my account no dam good, I think virgin Would do a better job,

Poor design

First they had an app. Then m.vmobile.ca and now an app once again. One word best describes this second attempt at an app. CLUNKY: (def.) badly or awkwardly made!

Worst app ever!

This is one of the worst apps Ive ever used. Its hard to log in and it kicks you out after even a couple minutes. They should take a page from Telus or Bell.

Why?

I stop using the data 2 days before the end of the month at 1.8gb and start using wifi and guess what? It goes up to 4.87gb let alone it took them 5 days to just make that ready for me to see since it said I cant access it. Explain please. $220 bill for no reason?

Why would a cutomer want this App?

You would think the 2 main reasons would be to check their usage accurately and to understand how much it would cost. This app does not do a good job of this at all. When you go to "My Usage" under "Data" it tells you how much you used with a circle piechart, and then underneath it it says "Charges" and then it says: "$0.00". Why does it not show you how much it cost for the total amount of data you have used? Virgin, please be more upfront with the costs. It seems like you are trying to make it difficult for customers to determine how much money they are spending on their plan. Just be upfront and customers will value you over the other companies that play this same game. Make it easy to see the details of the plan, the REAL details of the bill and how much it costs.

Apparently i owe $50 since i went over on my data???? I have 100mb /month and i know that i used around 90 as i have my phones data tracker and a second app to track my data usage and while those said i used 90mb when i logged in to pay my bill it said i used 250mb?!?! What a scam, virgin mobile team is full of thieves.

Does not allow you to see how much one phone is owing if you have multiple plans on one account. Didnt work for me.

Update? Pffft, yeah right.

Not impressed. After using this app on my iPhone 4 for over 2 years, it will not allow me to update unless I install iOS 7. I dont want iOS 7. I dont like it. So whats my other option? I can upgrade to the latest compatible version. Guess what, it does not work. Again, not impressed.

Crash with 9.1 Beta

Application crashes when trying to login to your MyBell account. Using iOS 9.1(13b5130b) Beta.

DOESNT DO WHAT ITS SUPPOSED TO

My "my account" profile has limited access because i am not the primary account holder, so instead of showing me what they limit me to on the web, they shut me down right there. All I want is to check where I am in my data usage. But infuriatingly I am not able to see even that because my plan is linked to my parents plan.

Terrible

Absolute trash. Slow and sluggish. You cant tell if it registered your tap or not, a lot of your account info is "unavailable", switching between phones is incredibly un-intuitive. Literally everything in this app is broken. Pathetic. Absolutely pathetic. Unfortunately their online site isnt any better. 0 Stars.

Caution: DO NOT TRUST THIS APP!!!

CAUTION :Do not use this app! It is unreliable and untrustworthy. I paid my final mobile bill using this app via my Visa card number. Unbeknownst to me virgin didnt receive $. I went unknowingly on my way until they notified me 3 months later that they were sending a bill collector after me.

Fix this app please its one of the worst!!! And being a big company you would think it would be pretty good but no its crap.
