I cannot view my detailed bill. Every time I try to go to full sight, the text message I am sent brings me back to the app that wont show me a detailed version of my bill. If the app does not improve, my new phone will be with a different company.

Appears to freeze a lot! Very disappointing. Other then that, great app!
App gets stuck on the loading screen. Wont go any farther than that. Never works for me.

Since virgins website never works for me, I thought the app would be great to get but as soon as I tried to log in it told me the app is only for "monthly members". Which doesnt even make sense because I have a monthly plan. Deleted after that.
This app does not work with all phones. I tried to download the app to my phone but says that this app is not compatible with my phone. I downloaded the app on my iPad but it wont let me login to my account. I can login on the website. Please fix this app so it works with all phones.

This app does not work for blind users who use Apples VoiceOver accessibility feature. Come on, Virgin; youre a tech company - get with the program!

This app is actually good, you can see your data, calls and texts usages. Although, it needs better customer services. I used the live chat on their website for refund, and they said I have to call the Member Care Department. So complicated! Also they type so slow it would take me like half an hour (sometimes) or like 15mins for a small question.
Cant see my bills. Use age seems false.
Except for data usage check, get a travel/roaming package online & checking your Buddy List, this App does nothing really useful - like let you see your online bill. The $45 travel plan I took for the UK & France did not work well at all. I could not make or receive calls - was only good for text msgs. Local travel SIMs in London were far cheaper & offered much more at £20 than this $45 package. Am going to switch to Rogers shortly (after 5 years with these idiots).
After switching from bell Im pretty disappointed in this app. I am unable to see my usage or my next billing date. I would expect a much more useful app from such a company with such a strong youth base.
Ive paid my bill on time and it shows me missing credit and still shows I owe money on the bill.
I wouldnt even bother downloading this app it doesnt work for the 5C and it just doesnt work
What a "bill company" what a "Rogers" they are all same. Charging you and stilling your money without letting you know.
I am sorry for Richard Branson to hire bunch a useless guys to run this company! The app is a crap it is not showing your usage at all.
