Does not recongnise useraname / password

Unable to login..Credentials work on PC but not on app.

NOT ACCURATE!

This app isnt accurate when it comes to data usage. It said I used 5.9 GB but when I called Virgin mobile the representative said I used 3.9 for that exact same month! The bill total was less than I expected and thats because I actually used less data then the app said!

Great for quick account updates

Love the app for getting a quick glance at my account status, bill, data usage and for add-ons on the fly.

Embarrassing

Enter credit card number to pay a bill, and the number disappears as soon as its entered. Would be better for them to have no app at all.

Members ONLY

Does not work with pay as you go. Dumbest app ever.

Lacking

You have to enter your phone number and password to login. Why is it that when I tap on the phone number entry box that the cursor goes to an unknown location and i have to renavigate it to the appropriate box? Logging in should not be so difficult. I imagine many people give up and think the application is broken.

Terrible App

Completely unusable. Feels like its made in the 80s.

Gets the job done

Like the title says - this app gets what I want done. It doesnt seem like it takes full advantage of the plus model iPhones larger screen on my device nor does it seem to support 3D Touch shortcuts either. Still slightly annoyed to find that "bonus data" still glitches out on the app and warns me when Ive used up my bonus data before I even dip into my actual amount. "Cosmetic improvements for iOS 9" in this update are nowhere to be found. Could be stuff in the background but that eliminates the purpose of making it cosmetic. At least this app is stable and doesnt give me any glaring issues.

FIX

Will you fix your application. Every time I goto pay my bill, the app fails.

I used be able to stay logged in. Since i updated ios 9 i have to sign in every time i open the app. Please fix this.

Cant pay bill

Try entering a credit card number to pay a bill in the app. Then watch as the app displays a loading animation for a second before erasing your entry. Classy.

Amazing app!

This app is easy to navigate and tells me everything i need to know about their benefits. Good job virgin!

Problems

The app wont keep you logged in when you ask it to and a lot of the fetuses that are supposed to work such as the super tab, support and other services dont work.

I cant even check the current bill details, 0/10 if I could give it a lower rating.

Why Does the app not support prepaid customers.

Not available to prepaid customers. Ive paid my bill every month using prepaid for 2 years now. I am still a customer. Prepaid customers should not be treated differently.
